Google. I use google almost everyday when I don't have an answer to something. It so easy to just go in and search whatever you need. I usually get news from google when I hear something from another person and I want to look it up again to solidify that information, and there's so many different articles about one topic, so you can pick and choose which one you want to read.
Instagram. I use instagram everyday, and just scrolling will show me a lot of news for many different subjects. Instagram news is mostly just about celebrities or sports, but it is still interesting to see. Especially if you are a person that does not usually go on google to look for news articles, you can just get a brief preview.
My Dad. My dad calls me almost everyday, most of the time to just talk, but sometimes he will say "Did you see this on the news", or "Did you see that on the news". Most of the time, I haven't seen what he is talking about so he will just tell me.
Ads. Whenever I am scrolling on social media, almost everytime, an ad will pop up. These can vary from new products, websites, or news sources. Most of mine are news sources, giving me some information about a topic. I never really click on them but it gives me a brief preview.
Apple News. As a college student, I use my phone everyday, and my notifications for the News app are turned on. I will get many notifications a day about many different topics. They go from politics, to weather, to celebrities, etc. If I see one that looks interesting I will click on it, just to see what it is about.
